It’s slow growing, but worth the wait—it takes 3-5 months for a baby plantlet to reach maturity, and it must be planted and left undisturbed to get established. Once their root systems are secure, they become more resilient to environmental changes. It prefers moderate and above water hardness (4-5dGH and above) but can also be grown in soft water. With strong lighting and proper fertilization, its leaves take on beautiful, vibrant colors, making it the perfect tonal contrast in your aquarium.
