- Galaxea or Galaxy Corals are a hardy stony coral that grows additional heads quickly. This variety has a deep purple/blue base with bright gold tentacles. Please be aware that Galaxea have long sweeper tentacles and need plenty of space to themselves. Frags of this coral will be roughly 3/4″.
- Galaxea does not require as much light as some other corals. It can be kept under normal output fluorescents without much difficulty. In our experience this coral does poorly in medium to high light reef aquariums.
- Moderate flow is recommended.
- Galaxea relies heavily on the products of their zooxanthellae. This coral may benefit from finely ground meaty foods. The food should almost have a paste-like consistency before being administered due to the small size of the polyps.
- Galaxea are notorious for long sweeper tentacles that can sting nearby corals. Give this coral plenty of space to minimize aggression.

Pre-Order Policy on Marine Livestock:
Unless otherwise stated of availability in-store/online, pre-ordering lead time for livestock typically takes approximately 2-3 weeks for shipment arrival + 1 week of quarantine period before ready for delivery/collection. Once a pre-order has been received, any cancellation/amendment request will be subjected to a 5% admin fee charge of the order value. A full refund maybe requested without any cancellation charge imposed if the pre-ordered livestock fails to arrive after 30 days upon placing the order.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any moment. You may not receive your order once the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
