Maxspect has developed these commercial floodlights to be the No. 1 choice for public aquarium curators, the units are manufactured to the highest standard for this sector using the best quality U.S. made Cree™ LED chips only. The difference with a Maxspect commercial product to any other is that the curator can select the color temperature that they require for a particular display, for example, a freshwater system running with 8000K color temperature or a coral display with a 14000K color temperature. We can also manufacture the color spectrum specifically to suit your display requirements.
Maxspect offers a wide range of commercial LED floodlights, designed specifically for use in public aquariums, shopping malls, warehouses, museums, coral farms and other similar facilities – and with an IP65 rating (IP67 also available upon request).
Maxspect commercial floodlights have special reflective material inside similar to metal halide fixtures, this reflects the light from the LED creating a better
blend of the different colors housed within the unit, it also radiates light more efficiently from the fixture and giving better coverage.
The Maxspect commercial floodlights come with four different power options: F150, F300, F500 and F1000. These are aimed at different
sizes and depths of aquarium, as an example the largest F1000 unit can light down to depth in excess of 11m.
For the aquarium that wants a unique experience for their visitors, we are able to offer wireless link up of commercial floodlights and controlled by iOS/Android devices, this will enable the aquarium to simulate different weather conditions over large displays such as cloud cover or sunrise/sunset for the ultimate visual experience.
Our research and development team are actively working with public aquariums to develop new products that will enhance the appearance of displays and take visitor experience to the next level.
