This small but mighty Pygmy Cory Catfish is an excellent addition to any nano tank. Its peaceful nature makes it a great companion for other nano aquarium animals. While it may snack on dwarf shrimp fry, it is typically harmless to adult dwarf shrimp. As a scavenger, this fish will happily scour the aquarium floor for food, so a soft sand or smooth gravel substrate is ideal. Be careful with overly rough substrate, as it can harm its sensitive barbels and underbelly. With proper care and regular maintenance, this little fish will thrive in most tropical freshwater environments.
